Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with the Services, we are here to help. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds.
Eligibility for refunds
You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. Refund requests made after the 14-day period will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for annual subscriptions will be prorated based on the remaining months of the subscription period.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@withnoi.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Non-refundable items
Custom domain and white label add-ons are non-refundable once activated. If you have used more than 50% of your allocated resources during the billing period, only a partial refund may be issued. Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted purchases unless required by applicable law.
